okrk Terms & Conditions

By accessing, browsing, or using the okrk platform at okrk.io, whether as a registered user or a visitor, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and agree to be bound by them. These terms apply to all services offered by okrk, including the casino lobby, sports betting sportsbook, live dealer games, crash games, slots, and any promotional or bonus programmes operated by okrk from time to time.

okrk reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point during the registration process or during your use of the platform. Acceptable identity documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension or closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until the verification process is complete.

Where okrk has reasonable grounds to believe that an account holder is under the age of 21, okrk will suspend that account immediately, freeze any balance held within it, and conduct a full verification review. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited without exception. okrk supports the responsible protection of minors and cooperates fully with any lawful authority requesting information in connection with underage gambling.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the okrk platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Where duplicate accounts are identified, okrk reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any balances or winnings therein.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document, a valid email address that you own and control, a valid mobile telephone number registered in your name, and your date of birth. Account credentials must not be shared with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you, is your responsibility unless you have notified okrk of a security breach in a timely manner. okrk reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for that refusal.

okrk accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) via a range of locally supported payment methods, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds may vary by payment method and will be displayed clearly within your account cashier at the time of the transaction.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. okrk does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of identity verification (KYC) procedures prior to the first withdrawal and may be subject to additional checks at any subsequent stage. okrk aims to process all verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the cashier section of the platform. Processing times may vary depending on the selected payment method and prevailing transaction volumes.

Funds deposited into your okrk account are held for the sole purpose of funding your gaming activity on the platform. okrk does not pay interest on account balances. Deposits that remain inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee, as detailed in the dormant account policy accessible via the support team.

Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or exploit okrk's bonus system — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, the placement of low-risk hedging bets to clear wagering requirements, or coordinated play with other users — will result in the immediate forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

All games available on the okrk platform — including slots, live dealer games, crash games, table games, and sports betting markets — are governed by their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By placing a bet or initiating a game round, you confirm your acceptance of those game-specific rules.

Bets placed on sports markets, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series), football, kabaddi, and hockey, are subject to the sports betting rules published in the sportsbook section of the platform. okrk reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the result is subsequently found to have been manipulated, where a market was opened or settled in error, or where the relevant sporting event was abandoned or significantly altered before its natural conclusion.

okrk uses certified random number generation (RNG) systems for all casino games. Game outcomes are determined independently of any external factor, including account status, bet size, or session duration. okrk does not intervene in game outcomes and does not offer any guarantee of winnings. okrk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions; failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period; suspected fraudulent activity; suspected money laundering; court order or instruction from a competent regulatory or law enforcement authority; or any other circumstance that okrk reasonably deems to pose a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other users.

Upon closure of an account for any reason other than fraudulent activity or breach of these terms, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player via the payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the completion of all applicable verification checks. Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus play that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Any unauthorised use of okrk's intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

You access and use the platform entirely at your own risk.

okrk shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms & Conditions where such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, power failures, internet service disruptions, or other force majeure events.

By registering on the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
